Church Administration & Management
Administration and management is the same as Church administration. Effective administration helps the local church put proper systems in place to govern its affairs. These include having a central bank account for the church, putting a vision in place for the local church and keeping proper records.
Without proper administration in place it can lead to mismanagement of funds and lack of transparency in all the operations of the local church. The training helps leaders put systems in place to govern the affairs of the local church.
The training focuses on three areas:
- Helping pastors know their roles as managers of the local church. How to put together a team and accountability systems in place.
- Helping deacons support the pastor in executing the vision and governing the day to day operations of the church.
- Helping the church keep proper records, how to put together financial statements and how to interpret those statements and more.
